To our wonderful clients.
We are very excited to announce that we are now open! Below is an outline of the new process of managing the day to day flow of our clinic and the steps we have taken to assure that everyone (clients and staff) stay safe.
A very special thank you to all of our clients for their continuous support these past months. We ask for your patience as we work very hard to reschedule our long wait list.
We have extended the clinic hours in an effort to reschedule our patients and to reduce the flow of traffic within our clinic.
We have modified many of our procedures to keep you and our staff safe.
We have enhanced our already meticulous cleaning and sanitation protocols and our staff’s health is checked before every shift.
Plan to arrive at the clinic five minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Stay in your car and text this number to let us know you have arrived:

We will text you back when we are ready for you to come in. Please do not come in until advised to do so to minimize traffic in the clinic.
Please enter the building alone (unless a chaperone is needed). Please wear a mask if you have one, even if a cloth mask. If you do not have a mask, please let us know when you text the above number, and we can provide one.
Leave all unnecessary items in your car.
Please sanitize your hands using the Purell provided right inside the front door.
Keep an eye on your email as we will be sending everyone that has an appointment a detailed consent form.
